talking about the role they play in the mental health of their athletes as well as their own
mental health.

Why Should a Team, Organization or Academy Support this Initiative?
- Enhance athlete performance by addressing mental health
- We need to normalize the conversation around mental health in sports. When an athlete gets injured, we know the pathway to recovery. What about someone struggling with mental health?
- Create a healthier, more supportive team, organization or academy environment
- Equip both athletes and coaches with essential tools and strategies to not only learn more about mental health but use these tools as a way to improve athletic performance and build better resiliency
